Standard To Professional Edition Upgrades

Cinematic Rooms and Seventh Heaven both come in standard and professional editions, these can both be upgraded to the professional editions.

Cinematic Rooms

If you are an owner of the standard edition of Cinematic Rooms and would like to purchase the professional edition, please search for the “Standard To Professional Upgrade” on the Cinematic Rooms product page.

Seventh Heaven

If you are an owner of the standard edition of Seventh Heaven and would like to purchase the professional edition please visit the knowledge base then look for item “Can I upgrade Seventh Heaven to Seventh Heaven Professional?” to learn more about your two upgrade options.

Loyalty Discount Coupons

If you already own some LiquidSonics products you can apply below for discounts on other products in store. If you own multiple products the coupons can generally be chained in series. A coupon is not valid for additional purchases of the same product.

Your license will be validated using your email address and any coupons sent to it.

Direct Sales (LiquidSonics Store)

You may use the email address you used during checkout, or your iLok account email address if this is no longer in use.

Reseller / Partner / Second-hand Sales

If you purchased a license via a partner, reseller or second hand from another user then your license can only be validated through your iLok ID’s email address, so please enter that below.

We will attempt a live look-up into the Pace database using the form below so your details should be available immediately after license deposit or transfer but on occasion it may take up to 30 days for these details to be synchronised into the LiquidSonics database (in this case you can contact support directly with as much information about your purchase as possible for an expedited service).

Eligibility and Restrictions

These offers can only be redeemed when using the same email address at checkout as was used for your original purchase.

Licenses purchased at a discount are intended for use by the buyer and not resold to others before they are deposited into the buyer’s iLok account. Failure to comply with the spirit of the programme may result in eligibility being withdrawn at any time.

Please note that you cannot use a cross-product coupon with any bundle containing the same product (i.e. a Lustrous Plates owner cannot use their 20% off coupon with the Illusion + Lustrous Plates bundle, instead please use the coupon directly with a single purchase of Illusion).

Product ownership coupons are invalid for upgrades within the same product family.

* We allocate the cross-product store coupons on a per-product basis. In cases where multiple versions of the same product are owned the coupon of the greatest value will be issued for use on cross-product purchases in store (for example, owners of Seventh Heaven and Seventh Heaven Professional will receive the coupon of greatest value, 25% in this case).

** The 10% off cross-product coupon for Reverberate 2/3 owners cannot be used against purchases of Reverberate 3 (this is for use with other products such as Seventh Heaven). Please instead use the 50% off coupon if you own Reverberate 1/2/Core and wish to buy Reverberate 3.
