If you enter and win a prize that you already own, in the spirit of giving this holiday season please nominate a friend to receive the prize instead of yourself.

An active iLok account in good standing is required to use any LiquidSonics reverb that you may win in this competition.

Terms and Conditions for the “The Twelve Days of Reverb Holiday Prize Draw” competition available on the liquidsonics.com website.

1. Sponsor

• LiquidSonics Ltd (“Sponsor”) is the sole sponsor of the “The Twelve Days of Reverb Holiday Prize Draw” Reverb Plug-in Giveaway competition (“Competition”).

2. Eligibility

• The Competition is open to entrants worldwide who are of the age of majority in their country/region of residence.
• Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• The Competition is void where prohibited by law.
• Entry is limited to one per individual.

3. How to Enter

• Entry Methods: Enter your details via the prize draw form on this page. No other forms of entry are accepted.
• Entry Period: Submissions will be accepted between 16 December 2024 2200 GMT – 4 December 2025 2200 GMT.
• Selection Period: One winner will receive one product license (or multiple individual product licenses in the case of a bundle) per day as defined per the schedule section 4.

4. Prize

• Each prize has an MSRP as defined below but may be available at a lower price elsewhere.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Prizes may be awarded to a friend at the point of allocation if the winner indicates this in their correspondence to the Sponsor when providing suitable iLok details.
• The prize will not be substituted for any alternative prize for any reason.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required for any of Sponsor’s reasons related to the administration of the prize draw.
• A maximum of one prize (plugin or bundle) will be awarded per entrant. If an entrant has already been drawn the draw will be re-run for that day until a new winner is chosen.
• The prizes to be awarded are as follows with pricing per the store price during the competition indicated in braces:

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing per day during the Entry Period from all eligible entries received within the Selection Period.
• The winner will be notified via email no later than 31 January 2025.
• The winner’s iLok account or the iLok account of the nominated friend must be provided in response to the winning notification email within 7 days. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the prize.
• If an iLok account has been provided but it is invalid and no valid account can be provided by the winner within one follow-up email within 7 further days then the prize will be forfeited.
• In the event of a prize being forfeited no alternative draw will be undertaken for the forfeited prize.
• The names of the winners will be posted to the LiquidSonics website.

6. Publicity and Communications

• By entering the Competition, you grant the Sponsor permission to use your name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• Your details (name and email) will be used for direct marketing purposes if you provide consent to be contacted by email for this purpose on the entry form. Direct marketing is per the terms set out in the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
• By entering you are giving the Sponsor permission to contact you via the email address supplied with information regarding the administration (including but not limited to the results) of the prize draw under the terms of UK GDPR legitimate interest.
• We will only add your details to our existing direct marketing newsletter audience if you provide explicit consent using the check box on the form.
• Consent to receive subsequent direct marketing per the details provided in the entry form is not a condition of entry to the draw itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

• By entering the Competition, you release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to the Competition, your participation, or the prize.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or undelivered entries.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical errors that may occur during the Competition.

8. Disputes

• All disputes related to the Competition will be governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any legal action must be brought in a court located in England & Wales.

9. Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected during the Competition will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

10. Odds of Winning

• Your chance of winning in each daily draw depends on the number of entrants at the time of the draw being conducted.
• Providing consent to receive additional direct marketing has no influence on the odds of winning a prize in the draw.
